Shindan Release Note 1.17.0

Back with a fresh new release!
As usual this release contains new parsers and matchers alongside with updates and bug fixes.

Shindan Core

• More info in our reports (eg: a new "Details" collapsable region has been added for Matchers that can provide more information)

• Fixed an encoding issue with the report when opening it on Safari
