This privacy policy describes how the company SHINDAN collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you browse the website shindan.io or element in contact with us. We attach particular importance to the protection of your privacy, consistent with our business activity.

2. Hosting provider
The site is hosted and published via Framer (Framer B.V., a company incorporated under Dutch law, Netherlands), which acts as a technical sub-processor. The content delivery network (CDN) infrastructure may be geographically distributed; Framer implements the guarantees required for data protection.
3. Data we collect
We only collect strictly necessary data, and only when you send it to us or generate it by browsing:
a) Via the contact / demo request form: name;
email address;
company name;
professional website;
content of your message.
When you submit this form, the request is sent to us by email and stored in our inbox. It is not saved in a separate database.
b) Via site audience measurement: The site uses the statistical tool integrated into Framer. This tool does not set any cookies and does not identify visitors: it calculates aggregated indicators (unique visitors, page views, sources) from anonymized data (the IP address and user agent are hashed using a key renewed and deleted daily by Framer B.V.). This data does not allow you to be identified.
We do not collect any sensitive data and do not perform any profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process your data only for the following purposes, each based on a legal basis within the meaning of the GDPR:
Responding to your requests via the contact / demo form. Your data allows us to process your request and, if applicable, to prepare a potential commercial relationship. Legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), as well as our legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us (Article 6.1.f).
Measuring site audience. We analyze Site traffic anonymously to improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f). This measurement is carried out without cookies or persistent identifiers.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for SHINDAN's internal teams authorized to handle your request. We also use sub-processors acting on our behalf:
Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands): hosting and producing the site, and transmitting form requests. Framer relies on the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting;
OVHcloud (OVH SAS, France): receiving and storing emails sent via the form.
These service providers act as sub-processors within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR: they only process your data on our instructions and under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). SHINDAN remains the data controller of your data.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. They are only disclosed to third parties if required by law, or with your explicit consent.
6. Data transfers outside the European Union
The site is hosted and published via Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands), which acts as a sub-processor. Framer states that it does not collect any personal data from visitors of the sites it hosts, as its audience measurement tool is anonymized and cookie-free. However, to provide its service, Framer relies on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting infrastructure and on a content delivery network (CDN) distributed across several regions worldwide. To the extent that technical data might be processed in this capacity outside the European Union, particularly in the United States, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission provided in Framer's Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
On the other hand, the emails you send us via the contact form are hosted in France by OVHcloud and are not subject to any transfer outside the European Union.
7. Retention period
Requests from the contact form: kept for the duration of the processing of your request, then for a maximum period of 3 years from our last contact if you do not become a client, after which they are deleted.
Client data: kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
8. Cookies and trackers
The shindan.io website does not use tracking cookies or non-essential advertising trackers. Audience measurement relies on Framer’s integrated tool, which works without cookies. Therefore, no consent is required in this regard, and no cookie banner is necessary as of now.
9. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. As no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed fully secure, we strive to maintain a level of protection consistent with the state of the art.
10. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights regarding your data:
right of access;
right to rectification;
right to erasure;
right to restriction of processing;
right to portability;
right to object;
right to withdraw your consent at any time, when processing is based on it;
right to define instructions regarding the outcome of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@shindan.io. We may ask you for proof of identity in order to process your request securely, and we will reply to you within one month.
